Membership Information

The Lower Merion Symphony is a community orchestra of amateur and professional players. 

There are currently openings for the following:
  • All Strings
  • Bass Trombone
  • Tuba

    • We do not hold formal auditions but we require prospective members to have previous formal instruction.

    Rehearsals take place every Wednesday from 7:30 to 10:00 PM at Cardinal Hall on the campus of Rosemont College in Rosemont, PA.  The college is accessible via SEPTA’S R-5 “Paoli Local” to the Rosemont Station.
